Hello - can anyone please help urgently. In trying to establish why the buzzer wasnt't workingn when the door opened I managed to flick shut the locking mechanism. I now can't open this mechanism and therefore cannot shut the actual door. Does anyone know a trick or method in opening this lock. Many thanks if you can. Dennis Sare

I think you can put the key in, turn and push the locking bit back into its position.
