Hi, I have decided to buy a new Octavia Scout L&K with the 2.0L diesel engine.

The L&K package (parking sensors F&R, Alcantara, Colobus nav) makes the car pretty complete, but I have added some extras in addition (memory seats, bluetooth, alarm).

How much more noise will the sunroof add while driving (when closed of course )?

How good is the optional Sound System ? I have an Audi today with subwoofer and great sound.

The dealer told me that it was impossible to add the extra interior/engine heater (Webasto), due to lack of room under the hood because of the DPF. Anyone know more about this ? It comes pretty handy in cold Norway

Any other things to look out for before making the final order ?

Hmm... Practically makes me jealous! Sounds like a good level of add-on kit, not even sure there is anything else available - presuming the L&K version Scout (not available in the UK) comes with Xenons as standard?

I think the L&K package is special for Norway. It comes with Xenon, but not Bi-Xenon as far as I know. Nor adaptive headlights.

Ordered car this afternoon. Have to wait 3 months for it to arrive .

Added the soundsystem as well. Compared it with the standard sound and in my opinion it sounded way better, especially with some volume.

Dropped sun roof. Short summer here in Norway.

Regarding the Webasto heater, I will have to wait until the car arrives. Seems like I have to go for the full package, which is pretty expensive. The Scout is fitted with an extra engine heater, but it is electric, and cannot be combined with the Webasto (AFAIK).

I'm sure you will love it You get your cars much quicker than we do in Australia, I ordered mine in late January and only took delivery last week !
