Hello all! very pleased new VRS TDi owner

Featured Replies

I've been lurking for a couple of months while I made my new company car choice and finally did a deal at the beginning of March for a 57 VRS TDI in Black Magic.

It came with parking sensors, cruise, jumbo package, 18s and after 2 weeks of ownership now has coming/leaving home lights, dual fog lights, anti hyjacking, 2 headrest monitors with dvd to follow, and shortly to arrive VRStu's Bluetooth kit :D

All thanks to information on here:thumbup:

I've previously had a Revoed A4 130TDI and a Seat Leon FR TDi and the VRS is very much a mix of the 2 but better! Just as refined as the Audi quicker than the FR and has the biggest boot i have ever had. With 2 kids it has certainly ticked all the boxes for me!

Anyway enough of the superlatives I'm sure you all know how good these cars are:). I have 2 initial questions which I have searched for but cannot see any discussion but will start another thread on.

Thanks again for the information:)

:thumbup:Video is for the kids .......only until I can save up for an MFD2 :D

First time I've done monitors and I've got to source some frame trims to neaten the edges but they work fine.

I took some pictures as I went through it so I'll put it up once the trimming is sorted :)

Just need to find a nice DIN DVD player to fit in the spare spaces in the boot cubby hole!
