As you are well aware myself and SWMBO are in a market for a new house in the next year or so.

We were out and about the other week when we found our dream home.

It needs a bit of work done to it and the living room has a nice open plan feel to it.

Well we were about to put a offer in it when we found that the house been taken by another buyer! to stick another set of houses on it.

Knew we should have been quicker.

Interesting colour scheme...just needs a lick of paint, the roof trimming slightly and some window boxes. Nice and airy, open plan, a good bit of space between you and the neighbours, and a nice gathering of friendly pigeons. Perfect!
