Octy '08 dsg effin nice...! MFD2 and 'Chippin'

Hi to everyone.

Newbie to the forum thingy please be gentle.

Started with 2003 Octy 1.9 130 estate elegance. Then 2006 Octy 1.9 elegance 105..! Damn..!

Now invested in an 08 2.0DSG 140 elegance with upgrade pack Nat sav, leather. what a cool car.!

Can anyone give me some guidance on the MFD2 (wish list is iPod audio and video, DTV,DVD and just phono RCA connectors for any future stuff.!)

Also been in undated with suggestions for 'chippin' the engine to approx 170 bhp. What real life gains are there? fuel saving and performance..? really..?

Also what experience have you all had with the above setups...?

Other than that, favourite comment about the DSG.

I really don't understand skoda in terms of rear lights. Why make diferent version of light at the back. My kodiaq is the selection version and came with a black trim in the trunk (instead of the tailight trim) , i dont mind but the thing that bugs me is the trunk left and right stop that don't light up .I know this is not a kodiaq only thing, the superb is on the same page. The thing that i would like to ask is if they have leds in them or not, and if it is a thing that cold be activated via o

My 2021 Skoda Superb iV estate has thrown up a woanring light and a message 'front assist failure'. As a result the ACC is not working. I have checked and cleaned the areas where I think the sensor lives but it has not helped. It did the same thing a year or so ago and after a few weeks it all started working again. Also the SOS light comes on sometimes. What can I do?

Hello everyone, we have 7 seater Kodiaq from 2019. Does anybody know if it is possible to fit a tow bar in this car ? Also, I bought all in service some time ago - would fitting the tow bar violate the service ? Thanks
