Leon Cupra Splitter Question

Featured Replies

I'm wondering, those of you that have this fitted and go to track days, does it actually make any difference to the car's handling?

Or is just a nice addition to the front end of the Fabia?

No difference at all except in the looks department :)

That's what I thought, still, won't stop me getting one fitted on friday :)

This is what I think it should look like.

...though there'd then be no need of the Cupra Splitter.

Also, I hate the numberplate surround. I'd like to see a recessed little number, carrying the numberplate across the middle at the height of the crash bar.

To me the splitter is what the car needed to finish it off, it looks a million times better than standard.

It was a toss up between the splitter and a rear ARB. The splitter's cheaper so I went for that but will probably still get the rear ARB later this year.

Iv just got mine to fit....put it up against the car before....looks quite a fidly job to get it right :o

It is a pain in the hoot to fit, MikeSM56 and his pals fitted mine for me but it's worth the hassle.

just take your time and trim it right.... use tape to make sure you match it up right!

i had a few mates round to help hold it in place... but once it was all done, defo worth all the hassle!
