Towbar on furby VRS at last!!

Hi guys

After waiting over 3 months my silver Fabia VRS now has a detachable towbar!

My local dealer tried fitting the skoda detachable for the normal Fabia but with no success so it was off to a specialist (Broadland towbars). After a few hours and one tiny little semi-circle cut out of the bottom of the bumper the brink bar was fitted and it looks and works really well. You can hardly see the 'cut' when looking at the car and for me a small cut was better than having to change the car (a towbar being a necessity for my work towing a small trailer). I know that J999VRS has managed to fit a fixed bar without cutting and that he finds it easy to undo a couple of blots to remove the swan neck but being completely C*** at car mechanics of any sort the detachable had to be the one for me!!
