07 plate vrs went for first service on tuesday at white dove cardiff.Pointed out rear skoda badge had water in it so they offered to replace it.Two dents on boot lid and many scratches later still arguing with irritating woman on service desk.Anybody else had similar probs with this annoying "lady":(

I have nothing but complete contempt for ****e Dove. Incompetant idiots who should be removed from the dealer network. I waited 6 months for new centre caps ffs, And when they turned up they were wheel nut covers. I made the mistake of using them for warranty work and they never got anything right .......ever. I know a few other people who have had vehicles damaged there and refuse to go there again. I have many other tales of my own experience of their sheer stupidity but this post is going on a bit already

They are under staffed and have about 4 or 5 ramps shared between Skoda, Mitisubisi and Seat. I wont even start on the Seat saga with my wifes car thats another story all together!!!

As you can see I have a massive issue with these clowns and my best advice to you is either go to Griffin Mill in Upper Boat (although no problems myself here I have heard otherwise) or Capitol in Newport (excellent service apparantly)

That said I never personnally had a row with her, although I am very patient and they never damaged my car, they just never got things done right or got the right parts in time for when my car was booked in:confused::confused:

Oh and your lucky when I asked about replcing the knackered badge on mine she said it was "damaged due to wear and tear" ......must have been too many flies dying on it or something.

i read of to many bad dealers, im dreading when my car goes in for a service in about 6 months.

lht in swansea broke door card when it first went in,now ****e dove do this

ah yes white dove !! and the female referred to above just makes herself look like a fool. Of course she thinks its good for her career (cough) to save a bob or two. I wont go into the idiocy I was plied with except to say it just made me wonder what time the nurse arrived to take her back to the ward.

Cheers for the heads up - was about to chase up a car from them on sale - but fed up with wasting my time with lying weasels from 3 garages already- I am an ex garage owner my self but I never dreamed of pulling some of the stunts some of these To**ers pull.
