I've always wondered what a full respray on a car would be, say the size of an Octavia or Fabia.

What do you think is a reasonable price?

Depends on level of preparation, i.e full bare metal respray, prep`d yourself or bodyshop prep....do you want minor dings/scrapes filled/repaired......I know of people who have had a decent paint job done on a ready prepped car for £250, and plenty who have paid 1k+

£1k minimum for a full spray and thats not a colour change so probably wont include door shuts etc.

is it true tho, once a car gets resprayed it will rattle like hell afterwards? never the same again or something?

i wouldnt mind a respray!!
