KW v3 Suspension

Featured Replies

As title suggests I have this fitted to my vRS ,what I'm after is having them refurbished. How do I go about it, how much per corner ,as much info as possible please.

Steve

Try PM'ing StuartJ, Iread that he had his refurbed last year, should be able to give you some pointers :)

About £20 a corner IIRC, and you have to send them off to Germany I believe, so you'll need to put the standard suspension back on for a week or so.

StuartJ should be able to help for sure! :)

Mmm, may be able to help here. I will have to check first but I may have a set of shocks for 3's in the shed. Send my ones off for refurb, change them for yours when they come back and send your old ones back to me, job done. :D

Sounds like cunning plan:D do you think that having them refurbed is a worthwhile effort and also what about setting them up as I,m a complete pleb when it comes to stuff like that:thumbup:

I think they will cost you more than £20 a corner to refurb but still worth it. unless you have a lots of cash for new ones.

Suppose if they were double that it would be good value, bit of a pauper so new is def out:D

Steve

I've had 3 sets of these and all 3 have been different along with the set up. One thing I will say is lower the backs more than the fronts if you want it to handle better.

What's up with yours?

Not into track days or anything like that but would say as is set up now handles very well, wonder if Q thought same? though would say can be a bit twitchy over potholes. Thought it might br ARB causing this?
