Are they still a Skoda dealer?

According to their website they are a Skoda Approved Repairer but I can't find mention of them on Skoda UK's site. I will remove their entry from the Review Centre pending clarification.

They lost their franchise a few years ago.

I don't think they were willing to expand or move to the new type of 'Skoda standard' building which led to Palmers getting the franchise in Watford. They still service Skodas as my Dad had his MOT and 30k service with them on Tues.

I've also heard some bad stories about their service about them although nothing substantiated.

From my own experience of them two years ago getting a p-x quote they seem friendly and knowledgeable enough and quite willing to do 'deals'.
