someone just torched a vrs

Featured Replies

still shaking just came home from a mates and heard a bang at the door, I answered it an theres an old man there saying a cars on fire, jumped out and its on fire allright , called the fire brigade and whist waiting i went and checked no one was in it and its a race blue 06 plate ovtavia vrs, tax epired in feb, no plates and tax was fl or fe06 czl or similar i cant remember.

Anyway the fire seemed to starve itself of o2 as it went out but it was very hot to touch, when the firebrigade came round it took them ages to smash one of the windows in, it looked pretty strong.

Im guessing it came/stolen from rainworth skoda near here but its a shame as its now burnt and wet.

Oops - Hopefully no-one was hurt.

Probably used in a crime.

or someone very disatisfied with the car ! :-)

No one around? Perhaps it commited suicide.. or perhaps spontanious-combustion.

Bet you got a bit of a shock, I know that if someone banged on my door shouting "Skoda" and "fire" I'd immediatley think it was mine!!
