Hi everybody, just bought myself an '05 Fabia VRS:) wow, brilliant ! traded in my '02 modeo tdci 130, which I thought was quick when I bought it but the Fab's on another level. I feel much fun in the offing:D

Many plans whirling around in my head at the moment, but first off I need my iPod plumbing in to the sound system, the cars fitted with "symphony" single cd radio, do Skoda do a wiring kit or some such to enable iPod usage ?

Hello and welcome Rob. You can get wiring kits, but wouldn't know if it's compatible with that radio or not. Could always just upgrade the HU for one that does.

Hi! I'm in need of some help please. My Octavia estate sat for 8 months unused. The battery went flat (AGM Varta) and doesn't charge. I got the car started with a different battery and then swapped in the dead battery to see if it would start charging. BUT, now the engine was running I needed to move the car a bit and found that the gear stick won't go into reverse gear. It can select 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th but not reverse. I've ordered up a new AGM battery (due in a couple of days) but this reverse

Hoping to purchase a 2.0l TSi Sportline/Laurin & Klement variant at some point soon. My budget may result in me seeking out a vehicle with 95K onwards on the clock. I’ll be only considering something with a full comprehensive service history. My understanding is that I shouldn’t worry about cam chain tensioners as they go on and on. But do they? So is there anything I should really looking out for? Thanks

Hi all, Skoda Kodiak 4x4 AWD, and Skoda Kodiak front wheel drive....what codes or description spec's etc. differentiate between them ? My problem is that while my newest purchase of a 2020 Skoda Kodiak , 150 HP and Front wheel drive, is a delight in every way, my car insurance has gone through the roof, and when I queried it, I was informed that one of then reasons for the increase (more than.€200) is that its a 4x4 AWD.
