Repairing damage to Fabia

Featured Replies

Hi guys, I was recommended this site by a freind and was hoping someone could give me some advice. I damaged my 54 plate fabia on the front left hand side above the wheel arch and the front skirt and want to get it repaired as cheap as possible. The damage is extensive enough that it wouldnt be worth trying to get it straightened out .I was wondering a) can these sections of the body be removed and replaced easily and B) if so where can you pick them up from. Any advice would be much appreciated.

it will need a wing..

It's a new wing - is the bumper damaged? It's hard to tell on that photo

New wing and your laughing.

Wing is undone by 3 bolts exposed when you open the bonnet and I believe a couple more behind the wheel arch liner possibly, attaching it at the bottom. Assuming the bumper is OK, that should be it. :)

As I have found out in various bodyshop cockups. Still got some bits to sort out....

I had to buy a new wing for mine. Cost around £60 inc. VAT
