its getting closer to the time to renewing my insurance for the fun.Currently i am with footman jones (I think thats the name).Can anyone suggest any other companies,hopefully cheap ones, who will insure without all the usual nonsense of 'we dont know what a fun is'

have been looking at a prev post with some one with same problem,so am going to tyr some of those listed,but if there are ant other suggestions,I'm open to replies!

In the end my best quote came from the Post office (online quote had to phone to actually get the poilcy) and i got #50 cash back :-)

same here ,started on confused, and got best quote from post office . actual insurer is Fortis Insurance

It was gladiator insurance that sorted me out.

IIRC i was with Gladiator last year , but still Fortis were the actual insurer

Although I suspect the Fun may be on the eVan insurance site. I'm with eCar and no other insurer has come close to beating their price in my first 2 years, and interestingly TPFT is cheaper than TPO. Not sure why but no point paying more for less cover. I guess it's luck of the draw though which insurer out of all those out there like your details and will give you the cheapest price.

I'm with Kwik Fit (underwritten by Fortis) and they are pretty good.
