Autolocking

Featured Replies

Quick question - is the procedure the same using VAGCOM on a Fabia as for a Golf

I'm meeting up with some Golf owners and want the autolocking enabling

What info do I need - a code or summat??

Jeff is ya man, he did mine. Very good mod considering the security risks these day, especially as the missus also uses the Fabia.

speek to me nicely and i will bring the 1552 home with me a pop down the road and do it for you m8.

Can the auto locking be done on the Superb too?

Top man :D - please please please :thumbup::thumbup:

Remind me, what does the autolocking do?

Dave.

When you drive off it locks the doors as you go past about 10mph.

There is a corresponding auto-unlock which opens them again once you stop and take the keys out.

If a passenger needs to get out of the car while it is autolocked (and preferably stationary), the door opening lever release needs to be pulled twice - once to unlock the door and a second time to open it.

I can do it for you at the next Kent meet if you like.
