lowered 40mm

Featured Replies

very close to getting some 40mm springs for new fabia, has anyone got a pic of one lowered by 40mm just so i can get a good idea?!

give me two days and ill get some on here

having only done the back ones so far i wont put the pictures up just yet. it certainly does look alot better though!! you dont realise how stupidly high the factory springs are until you compare them with the eibachs

Sumpguard !

Is that roof white or Silver!:P

so is that lowered 40mm? doesnt look that bigger drop

im having my fronts lowered on tuesday (thanks bank holiday!!) but so far the drop doesnt look too big. really if your looking for a slightly lower ride for looks then try having it done 60mm. dont know if this will look too much? a 50 would look ok lol.

Whats the point of a stupid drop?

If you want that get coilovers!

Bear in mind the car has 17s on it so is decieving....

see that looks lower than the black one :S

the wheel size makes it so deceptive.

In the flesh the black on is as low when there parked next to each other, its pictures that make it look odd.

I am not that interested in the aesthetics of dropped suspension but, if I do opt for a Mk2 Fabia, I would like to overcome the lurching around corners that is noticeably more than with my Mk1 2.0i. I guess dropping the suspension - either with springs or coil-overs - would help. Would the ride deteriorate much, though? And what option would be best?

The new Fabia Greenline has slightly lowered suspension (14mm) as standard. Anyone know if this might become available as a factory fit option on a Sport and if it has any effect on driving dynamics (or is even visible!) ?
