I need to be able to send a custom form from exchange using outlook, along with its contents to a recipient on another exchange server.

If I try it at the moment, the recipient recieves a blank email (basically the standard email form). I really need the custom form to send, and then be openable by the recipient.

Is this possible and how.

The form is installed in a forms library that all users can access, but not present on the destination server.
