How do car brokers work? The cars that are sold, are they cheaper because they bulk buy?

Are the cars brand new and do they come with the 3 year warranty etc, as regards to choosing options- can you choose???

I bought from a place that buys Irish overstocks. The steering wheel is on the UK side of course, but the specs of the cars are slightly different. I bought a Fabia Saloon in Comfort trim and an 8v engine which is not available in the UK. Downside is my central locking is not remote, but I get all the other Comfort bells and whistles.

No 3 year warranty, but I bought one from a third party. True, it's not as great as the Skoda warranty, but it is something.
