Also the one from vagparts has the wrong size rivet nuts, they are too small for the hole on the octi subframe :thumbdwn:

When I bought mine a few years ago it was £13.20 inc vat from an Audi main dealer. Looks like a similar thing is happening with the S3 lower strut brace price as happened with the Seat PD160 intake.

I was thinking they had gone up slightly

Thinking of doing this mod myself soon too, is it worth doing? does it stiffen the front end up noticably?

I cant notice the diff.

get a RARB on and you def notice.

I personally cant see how just the lower brace does anything, I think it needs the upper one to go with it.

I noticed a difference when I fitted upper an lower S3 braces.

A rear ARB makes a much more noticeable difference.

Got a Whiteline RARB on already, which is superb HUGE difference:thumbup:
