This is closer to home, though i've never been to Southend.

They are the same place essentially. Just in different parts of Britain.

Beach, pier, beer, arcades, shops, fish and chips, b and bs, tattoo parlours, amusements.

Don't think there's quite as many speed bumps in Weston as there is in Southend.

The speed bumps along the usual seafront bit seem to have been removed or seriously lowered.
