rear wiper keeps coming on in the dry when i go over a bump or dip or rounding islands. feel like riping the dam thing off.

been told to move steering column to see if theres a loose connection but nope seems fine.

also was suggested could be a relay or stalk or loose connection on boot lid. hope you guys can help
