Anyone know if there is a difference between ones fitted on an asz to one fitted on a blt. I know the difference on the part number is a c at the end on the blt ones.

Yes, they physically won't fit the vacuum connectors, the egr/asv are both vacuum on an asz but not on the BLT.

So basically, they're different vac systems and won't fit lol
