  1. Fitted them a few days ago. So quiet and fuel consumption seems better too ! Sent from my iPad using ****atalk HD
  2. Ok thanks for that ! Infact I did see the Guardsman on their website for £ 100 including p and p Doesn't look like anybody has a Travall to sell then ?
  3. Shame as I would have bought it off you but there are no screw points on my car and I don't want to drill holes in it !!
  4. I'm after a dog guard for my Superb Estate. I don't want a Skoda one as you seem to have to drill holes to fit it but I see the Travall fits very neatly without any drilling : I only need the guard for a holiday and possibly just now and then after that and am a bit loathe to have to pay £130 from Travall for one. Bit of a long shot, but does anybody have one they no longer need that I could buy or do you know of a cheaper source than Travall themselves ? Ta
  5. I need 2 new fronts for my 170 DSG estate. I've just found some Goodyear Efficient Grips on BlackCircles but they are coming up with 225/40 R18 W92 even though I specified Y. Are W's ok or do I need Ys for insurance purposes ? Ta
  6. I've got a 170 DSG and it's the best car I've ever had,and I've had a few. The engine is so smooth and grunty and I'm getting over 50mpg,with the computer optimistically showing high 50s.
  7. This morning !! Sent from my Nokia 3310 using ****atalk
  8. My rear wiper almost always seems to do a sweep when I start up my Superb 170 DSG,even when the stalk is not set to wipe and when in Neutral. It's fine if wet but bloody annoying when dry as it smears the rear screen.Any ideas as to why this is happening ? Ta
  9. Thanks guys.I'll go to Skoda for the kit.Cheers
  10. I'm sure this has been done to death before but I've done a search and cannot find the answer ! My black 62 plate Superb Elegance Estate 170 has a small ding from a door scrape and I want to get a touch up stick. I just wondered which type people are using these days and where can I find the paint code ? Ta muchly
  11. My mate has just got new Nexus 5 and it's amazing. It sells for £300 outright compared to about double that for an iPhone5 without contract. When my Vodafone contract is up in July I'm going to dump my iphone and get the Nexus with a GiffGaff sim for £10 a month !
