On mine you turn the sound all the way down that mutes the radio but the sat nav instructions still come thru at normal volume level and when the voice is speaking you can adjust the volume for sat nav. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD

Hi guys Before I take back to garage has anyone know how to cure this problem, With my set of keys the radio keeps all my stations But when my wife uses her keys her radio stations have all gone,so she stores all her stations again,all fine. Then I drive the next time with my keys stations reset to mine fine but now when wife uses her keys all her stations have gone again and has to store again. Hi joe, I looked at this today on my urban and found that if you go to radio and turn volume all the way down it mutes the radio but the sat nav audio still came thru the speakers. Hope that helps. Regards Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
