I used to find the wires in any windscreen quite a distraction, now I don't, I just see straight through them. It's just a case of getting used to them.

It takes a while to get used to DSG and if the car's new it takes a while to get bedded in, loosen up etc. This car (albeit a 245 petrol) was terrible for fuel and it didn't like slow speeds after a long stint of motorway speeds, but now it's fine. Economy has improved and now all the gremlins have been sorted out, software updated it's great, in fact it's better than before. 🙂

Hi. Got a quick question, my car is telling me that I'm due an oil service in 27 days time. That's unlikely to happen as my last booking for my ongoing oil sensor failure warnings was cancelled by text! Is there a way to reset it, to stop its constant nagging, because gawd knows when we're going to come out of lock down and I'll be able to get an appointment with the garage to do both oil change & sensor failure work.
