It's a 2009 on a 59 plate - facelift Vrs

Well, I've seen a pair of audi TT S-line front seats that are currently fitted into an A3 (8P) so, in theory, I'm guessing they should bolt in easily enough, but the electric connector blocks may need changing on the audi seats??

The rear seat measurements are the same as the fabia in terms of; depth of seat base, length along back of rear seat back sections left and right - but that's about as much as I can tell you. I should be able to do some lifting again this Friday, so will attempt to weigh them then. They are very comfy, supportive seats to be fair

Picked my Xtreme alloys up :) :)
sko-with-go replied to Robfab's topic in Skoda Octavia Mk III (2013 - 2020)
when you get home, stand on the bathroom scales - note the weight. (A) Stand on them again holding one wheel, note the weight ( take A from B and you have the weight of one wheel - how hard is that? post the result in here, even easier -

19's do not destroy ride quality if they are not overly heavy and you don't run skinny stretched tires. To the OP, I like them, but you do seem to be being a bit touchy about the weight question? It's a sensible question, based on my first sentence above. Cheers, and nice car too.... white is smart -
Class wheels these, never go out of fashion

you're welcome to have a look into that yourself, but I'd imagine they'd cost a small fortune to courier? Also, I'm having a minor operation on Friday, so wont be able to do any lifting at all for 4 to 5 days after.

. £240 for a quick sale

Had a few PM's about selling just the front seat's, so £200 for just the front seats as I can stick the rears in the loft and store them easily enough for now.
-
Ok, so pic's added of the rears seats, the front seat sub frame and the mounting lugs for the backrest part of the rear seats - hopefully this will help those considering a swap into a MK1 fabia etc. Also, may consider selling the front's on their own for a decent enough offer. as the subframe spacing and bolt hole positions are identical to the MK1 Fabia.

Audi A1 seats into a Fabia MK1?
sko-with-go replied to sko-with-go's topic in Skoda Fabia Mk I (1999-2007)
I'd like to tie this up pre Coombe tbh if possible, as I don't really want to take them on the day without be certain someone will have them. Also, if we could kindly keep interest in them to the for sale thread please, as this is a genuine attempt to get clarity on how easily they will fit into the Fabia and I don't want to fall foul of the forum rules on linking to for sale threads etc... I will post up some pic's of the rear seats into the for sale thread, as this may help clarify further. Thanks for the offers of help -
Hi, I'm selling a set of front and rear Audi A1 sportback (4 door!) seats from my wife's A1 in the classifieds as we've fitted full leather. I'm very confident that the fronts are pretty much 'bolt in' based on the dimensions of the runners and the bolt hole spacing. With respect to the rear seats, another forum member has measured his standard Vrs seats and they seem to correspond directly with the dimensions of the Audi ones, but does anyone know for sure if they are an easy direct fit ? many thanks in advance
-
The distance between the bolt holes on both runners is Circa 34.5cm, which is the same as the MK1 Fabia, the distance between the runners is 41.5cm this is also the same as the MK1 Fabia, so these should be a straightforward bolt in to the MK1 Fab with very little, if any, modification required Still not sure on the rears, will try and clarify. will edit the first post also.

Ok, so to the left of centre in front of the wheel well is where the split seat back's locate. The left Side (single seat), then locating on the left, and the right side (double seat) locating on the right.... very easy - if it fits! the seat base clips onto the black plastic clips that can be seen on the raised edge where the seat base would sit (level with the rear doors, one is by the big circle which I assume has the fuel tank under it)
-
Not entirely sure, which is why I haven't stated this to be the case in the opening post. I've just measured the distance between the parallel seat runners for another forum member and this is circa 41.5cm. The rear seat base is 'clip in' and the rear seat backs are in two parts secured at both ends, and off centre where they split. I'll post a pic in a minute that may help....

I know that's real, but it looks photo shopped !

Was more a question for everyone's benefit to be honest, although if they get cheap enough they'd be a good buy to split, keep tyres, ...rims on Ebay Yeah, it's next Thursday Matey, a long wait really :(
