A healthy 330lb/ft here.
-
170 horses' here.
-
Not the best pic but here's the miltek on mine.
-
Looking at the other graphs people have posted they're all the same highest power & highest torque on differnet runs. Must be the way in which each run is done.

Here's mine
Good to know its not lost anything, because its been feeling a bit sluggish the last few weeks.

About 10 mins here too. Not having the heater on will help it to warm up quicker.

I'm running similar mods to that & have a custom map from Awesome. Currently running 170bhp/330ft-lbs. Had it running 180 at one point but it was decided to be a bit too smokey.
Since gone for a clutch+SMF because the stock DMF had a nasty vibration when accelerating through peak torque.

That Pollen Filters looks like early A4/Passat. The fuel filter poss. Golf 5 FSI with the part number starting 1K0. 045115466A that is a Fabia vRS oil filter. That last filter looks like the standard PD one.

IIRC 5w30 is the lastest VAG longlife spec oil along with 0w30. I think as long as it meets or exceeds the recomended VAG 5xx.xx spec then it should be ok.

Go for the Phillips X-Treme Power, they cast a far brighter lighter than any blue tinted bulbs.

I've had the quaife diff fitted to mine & yes the bolt fitting kit does need to be purchased seperately. But I can't complain as its transformed the handling, twisty little B roads are an absolute joy now
-
I'd be interested.
-
thanks, i'll get some ordered then.
Yep, just a shaped insert, they can't really be reused, and its unlikely a windscreen fitter had any if its had a replacement screennot to my knowledge

I've just noticed that at the bottom edge of the scuttle panel there are 3 holes. Should there be some sort of clip/bolt here?
I've never removed it, I can only assume that the dealer forgot to put it back during the service.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Graham
Fabia power steering groups?
in Diagnostics & VCDS
Posted · Edited by GSPK
I got these from the same measuring blocks a while back slighty better descriptions on them.
Group 001: Electrical System
14.17 V Voltage (Terminal 30)
3.0 A Pump Motor Voltage
22.0°C Control Module Temperature
ON Pump Motor Status
Group 002: Steering
0.0°/s Steer. Aid Sensor Angular Velocity
1178 /min Pump Motor Speed (specified)
1178 /min Pump Motor Speed (actual)
3.0 A Pump Motor Voltage
Group 004
1004 h Power Steering Activation Time
533 Power Steering Activation Counter
Too Low Steer. Aid Sensor Reference Voltage
14.09 V Voltage (Terminal 15)
As for the fault code look here Fault Code 00566
I don't think the sensor needs to be calibrated.
