  2. me too, that were the reason why front axle got springs from Audi Q2 and rear from 4x4 while my previous car were FWD
  3. less performance with huge chances of can bus err one week ago were installed trunk bulbs from this seller on MY23 -> https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001942971529.html one additional pair under the trunk cover (haven't info, from what source dealer powered them, on previous MY16, source were closing button illumination wires) and second pair in standard places Superb Mk3.FL MY23 Superb Mk3 MY16 on first evening, one time i have got "open trunk" warning when open glove box, but i'm lucky, it not repeated -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/506039-storage-compartment-open-warning/ Ali_store_5649014 18x LED vs OEM 1x LED 8J0 947 409 B
  4. due Bilstein parts shortage in 2021. i had to install Eibach Pro springs on the rear axle few months earlier than Bilstein B6 DampTronic shocks that gave me conclusion, the most, 65% of performance improvement, came from stiffer Eibach Pro springs -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/485647-bilstein-b6-dcc-shock-absorbers-available-at-last/page/4/#comment-5697843
  5. 2016 Columbus on 2023 Amundsen off
  6. Check by Passat Allroad
  7. yes, dropped ~20mm down just after 3 years and also were too soft from the first day @PatFinland by browse whole this tread, you will notice, there isn't complete formula - just calculations will help win in lottery of choose optimal springs -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/478335-does-the-sportline-have-stiffer-suspension/page/6/
  8. @varooom @ApertureS i'm guessing, more likely: 1. OBD '2' is protected label 2. commercial product were required unique name of brand -> https://obdeleven.com/en/
  9. choice list does extend, but colors are changed only in head unit screen not on LED strips 😞
  10. 2023.01 Mk3.FL Module 13 Adaptive Cruise Control Long Coding -> Cruise Control Mode --> Activated or Control unit: 13 Adaptive Cruise Control System description: ACC BOSCH MQB Software number: 5Q0907572S Software version: 0780 Hardware number: 3Q0907567B Hardware version: H03 Long coding: old value: 32057FD25DFFC728949C812481400680000000000000000066 new value: 32057FD25DFFC728949C812481400680000000000000000076
  11. 18" is worst choice -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/493502-full-sized-tyre-as-spare/?do=findComment&comment=5682260
  12. +1 for 2016 Mk3 😞 where length of Long Coding is 11 Bytes while 2023 Mk3.FL length of Long Coding is 24 Bytes there must be also some intermediate version, after ~2017. and before FL came new [Mode] button on bottom side of Cruise Control stick
  13. That were false expectations, which were born in my sick head. As my previous 2016. Mk3 had "Tire Pressure Monitoring System", but in new 2023. Mk3.FL papers i saw "TPM+ with each tire pressure control". That stupid "+" means Passive TPMS can show which exact tire has problem, not a Direct TPMS as i wrongly imagined. Option 7K3 - RDKS can be add only for Kodiaqs. Has Superb lost flagship status?! I can't agree just after touch of interior!
  14. maybe because VAG hierarchy, shared components are primarily developed for Audi; VW and just years later adapted for Škoda; Seat
  15. @Andrei1496 i have sent PM to You with scan from my 2016.02 Style with factory fitted ambient light maybe some bits will be handy
  16. @Penpusher no one wants disable ACC, it switches OFF by self in bad weather conditions as result there is none CC this coding(in theory) adds CC as third option for two default ACC; Limiter
  17. -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/428238-ambient-lighting/#comment-4850839
  18. @Codename47 yes, ordered from AliExpress €64 https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005004825796047.html it had small, almost invisible paint defect, which were repainted just because together with roof, mirrors bodies and rear skirt i so much like Sportline exterior look, but don't like one piece seats, especially when they can't have ventilation
  19. then i had false expectations about [MODE] button, yes, Speed Limiter can be chosen on Virtual Dashboard looks like i found how to add CC Module 13 Adaptive Cruise Control Long Coding -> Cruise Control Mode --> Activated source: https://forum.obdeleven.com/thread/16300/add-regular-cruise-control-feature https://forum.obdeleven.com/thread/18012/long-coding-activate-cruise-control https://forum.obdeleven.com/thread/18036/deactivate-acc-normal-cc can't test, car is gone to dealer for first unplanned service visit, logo projector tried to escape, wires held it
  20. as i have read reports, DQ381 7 gears is more economical than DQ250 6 gears current winter tires are same size as previous 225/55r17 summer will increase in width and decrease in height/circum, 235/45r18 vs 225/55r17 then i had false expectations about [MODE] button, yes, Speed Limiter can be chosen on Virtual Dashboard 1. +1 000 000 i have even sent letters to dealer, importer and Škodas CZ support for new options in configurator: a) ~400e Black Exterior pack Light (Door Trims) b) ~600e Black Exterior pack Medium (Door Trims, Front Grill, Trunk Trim) c) ~800e Black Exterior pack Extended (Door Trims, Front Grill, Trunk Trim, Spoiler) d) ~1000e Black Exterior pack Complete (Door Trims, Front Grill, Trunk Trim, Spoiler, Roof, Rear Skirt) 2. that were first years privilege, now even Amundsen is paid option 410e while Columbus costs 1370e, but i chose Amundsen mostly because real volume control roller 3. sad 4. I try to limit myself, while numbers on odometer is smaller than four symbols :) but one change is noticeable, sensitivity of accelerator increased, if compare with previous, somewhere between normal and sport mode
  21. First emotions after one weekend and first ~400 kms Have to start by few huge disappointments: 1. Line assist goes from one side of line to other side ping-pong 😞 previous 2016. kept middle of the line +++ 2023.03.01 +++ dealer answered, additionally to Line Assist must be activated also Travel Assist, not tested yet +++ 2023.04.07 +++ ping-pong effect can be little bit improved, but fix requires cam software downgrade -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/510961-2023-280ps-lk-replaced-2016-220ps-style/?do=findComment&comment=5746167 2. Adaptive Cruise Control missing manual mode 😞 few kms in snowing condition and there is none Cruise Control at all my previous 2016. also had this lack, but i have seen several posts where were reported new [Mode] button on bottom side of Cruise Control stick, when(~2017~) it came and when(202?) it were removed? +++ 2023.03.01 +++ solved by coding -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/511031-standard-cruise-control-on-an-acc-equipped-superb/?do=findComment&comment=5737174 3. Engine has lost a cover 😞 as result it's loud as diesel, just without tractor vibration. still waiting for answer from dealer, will it be added later or never +++ 2023.03.01 +++ dealer answered, will arrive, no one knows when. +++ 2023.04.24 +++ retrofitted Engine Cover 06Q-103-925-L for 2.0 TSI 280ps DNFE +++ 2024.01.15 +++ received an invitation from dealer 4. Every ignition On/Off resets Driving mode 5. Mib3 head units don't allow upload logos of Radio Stations +++ 2024.01.18 +++ managed to find how to update built in database -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/520105-radio-stations-logos-database-updates/ Minor disappointments: 1. L&K had to get Direct Tire Pressure Monitoring System, but mine came without. not a big deal, as i prefer alternative independent dTPMS sets from Ali, just for what reason i have bought and mounted second OE sensors set into winter wheels? 2. There is no coding to activate Eyelashes with DRL 😞 3. 9l on 100km fuel consumption where previous 2.0 TSI 220ps had 7.5 4. Škoda's Moon White isn't white at all 😞 Huge improvements: 1. 2023. Amundsen Canton soundings much better than 2016. Columbus Canton and i predict, it will even improve after adding sound deadening 2. Finally i have got feeling of new car, 2023. DCC suspension has zero parasitic sounds. Instead 2016. DCC had them from beginning and weren't fixed even after couple of manipulations - warranty change of rear brushes, both front shocks, 3x steering rack, and later replace all of shocks to Bilstein B6 DampTronic, which hugely improved driving performance, but noises were gone just partly yes, new DCC is softer than perfect tandem, Bilstein B6 + Eibach Pro, but acceptable in sport mode, at least for first years 3. Webasto auxiliary heater can be activated from MyŠkoda app 4. Blind-spot indicator on Mirrors body is much better place 5. Boot opening now asks for long press of button, but can't be closed from interior, Mk3 had coding for that, Mk3.FL hasn't 😞 . . . . . .
  22. similar troubles with "chrome" -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/406172-change-of-color-of-door-chrome-strips/ painted all door trims to black -> https://www.briskoda.net/forums/topic/367311-the-superb-iii-picture-thread/?do=findComment&comment=5570909
  23. 2023.01 280ps DNFE came without cover as result, it's lot louder than my previous 2016.02 220ps CHHB waiting for info from dealer, will it be added later or never
