Interior Light
Like I said you pay your money and take your chance, these in my interior lights have been in since 2022, no flickering or staying on. They are also daylight white and very bright. Kopacek do sell quality stuff though I have to agree, but postage has gone ridiculous now since brexit. When I recenly looked for some replacement bonnet dampers it was cheaper to post to Australia than the UK.

Interior Light
I installed these. https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07QJ2GPT4?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_15&th=1 I did buy from Amazon and got lucky, they go out completely. I did have some different ones in my boot lights which stayed on slightly and flattened the battery. Since been changed and all ok now. I have bought LED's from Amazon, sold as Phillips that have been absolute rubbish. It seems you pay your money and take your chance.

Rear wiper motor - sourcing replacement in UK
You can try here If you want a genuine one. https://www.skoda-parts.com/spare-parts/octavia-3/rear%20wiper%20motor.html It is in in the Czech Republic, but when I ordered recently parts arrived in less than a week. They are registered for tax in the UK so no extra charges. Prices are usually cheaper including taking postage into account.

Tyre dressing
I have used Megs hot tyre shine in the past, but that is as it says shiny. I now use Gtechniq T1 tyre and trim. It aint cheap, though it does seem to last quite well and doesnt sling. https://www.theultimatefinish.co.uk/gtechniq/t1-tyre-n-trim-multi.aspx

Worthwhile tweaks with caristaapp?
I did a few things with the Carista device before getting the OBDEleven, I did the high beam assist, fan speed indication in auto, eyelashes on with DRL's and a couple of others, with no problems at all. All were reversable and can see the changes made by Carista in OBDEleven. By contrast my OBDEleven frequently crashes and the tech support given by them has been poor no solution found. Probably the most reliable for this type of thing, is genuine VCDS.

Change the key battery!
Had this issue today, got the "change key battery warning", replaced with brand new voltage checked battery and ......................nothing. Left battery out for 15 secs, pressed button with no battery in fitted and led on key flashed, then replaced the new battery that didnt work first time and it is working fine.

Remote fob not working after battery change
I've had this a couple of times also, I have switched out the batteries and new one wouldn't work, checked voltage with a multimeter and found sometimes even with a higher voltage and newer battery it still wouldn't work. Mine it would appear is very fussy about the batteries, didn't like the Panasonic ones from Amazon, bought quality branded ones like duracel and been ok since.

Spare wheel tool kit/holder
I believe this is what you require, most dealers should be able to supply it, you might even find one on Ebay. https://www.theskodashop.co.uk/products/copy-of-spare-wheel-kit-octavia-iii-vrs?_pos=1&_sid=a4aeaafb8&_ss=r
