Hi, Mine is an Octavia 1.9TDi 6 speed 4x4 bought from new Dec 06 Mileage 38-44 mpg, mostly A Roads & Dual carriageway driving. Only hiccup was a leaking turbo within first week of ownership, fixed (new turbo) in a day under warranty Owned a few Hondas before the Skoda and have to say I find the Skoda to be every bit as as good as the Honda's with the added bonus of 4x4 Regards MAPGO:)

Hi, Could possibly be a sensor problem, my worry would be wether it's actually showing correct speed when travelling. Do you have a sat nav which shows your speed so you can do a comparison with speedo display ? Regards MAPGO
