I'm on good money + benefits and 35 days holiday (worked for the same comapny for 16 years!) But in truth I just don't like work (of any kind) As soon as I meet and wed a rich pub owning widow I'm done with the working life;)

Wouldn't go to panic mode as winter weather could be the cause. Serious case would be a blown gasket, have you noticed any white smoke from exhaust ? -
35 days plus bank holidays, but struggle to take all the days and sadly you are only allowed to carry 5 days over to the next year!!!

Yeah make them work for the money - first up should be the Royal Family:P

Hi, I use the Netgear HDXB101 adapters, recently installed some Devolo adapters(dLAN 200 AV Starter Kit) for my sister and have to say they appear to be faster than my Netgears, but this could be due to her house having newer wiring than mine. On the security side the devices have internal encryption which you can activate (Frequently asked questions of dLAN) Regards Mapgo

A colleague of mine was off work for two to three months (depression after a bereavement) and then gradually worked their way back to full time, initially one or two days a week for the first few months. Thankfully they are more less back to their old self now, the best work mates can do is give as much support to them as possible. At times this does mean thinking not once or twice but three times before engaging mouth! Although on occasion when you are picking up the slack it can be trying but seeing them back on good form is well worth the small inconvenience (there for the grace of God and all that...) -
Hmmmm- you want to clean that wax off your number plate

Hi, 40p per mile without tax liability plus 5p per mile (per person) if you have work colleagues in the car and the trip is strictly on business. Regards MAPGO

Leeds City Council are another shower who have mentioned congestion charging with the intention of money raised going towards funding better public transport (or better dividends for bus company shareholders!!) However if the scheme proved sucessful (less cars) than surely that would be less funding for public transport which in tum would mean higher fares, fewer buses. So everyone would return to their cars and we would start all over again:( By the by a lot of the congestion in Leeds is down to the one way system which grinds to a halt when when a vehicle breaksdown anywhere within 2 miles of the city centre.

Another year of Z list overpaid celebs telling us mere mortals to dip into our pockets and not forgetting the free advertisng for large companies who would have to spend a fortune to get the same coverage on the commercial channels. Not knocking the good causes but let's be honest if we were all so altruistic a pound a week from our paypackets (Give As You Earn) would raise the same amount 52 weeks of the year:(

Assuming it's not wedged in tight maybe worth trying the vacum cleaner hose, may just have enough pulling power!
