Moi and la missus have had texts from the surgery offering us 2 spots tomorrow afternoon for the second jab. That's 10 weeks and 5 days since the first. So for neither SWMBO nor me have had any symptoms, except that the site of the jab itches every so often. Heres hoping it stays that way after tomorrow.

I can relate to that. Years ago I had a summer holiday job at the Walls factory in Gloucester. They had a simple rule - eat whatever you like off the lines before it was wrapped and counted off (but if you wanted to take any home buy it at cost from the factory shop at the gate) After 3 or 4 days or so, nobody touched another choc ice etc.
