Is fuel injectors from 1.4 tsi are compatible to 1.2 tsi?
If the 1.4 is an EA211 then yes, they are the same

Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
These torque limits are not accurate, they are mostly based on brackets of torque that the manufacturer will use each gearbox for. I've heard the rods are only good for 300Nm and my DQ200 only good for 250Nm but I've been running over 300Nm for two years and done 6 track days. A 1.4 swap has been done and due to the similarities it's on the easier end of the spectrum of engine swaps, same with the gearbox upgrade. You need to weigh up the cost to value for you. I hope to do the 1.4 swap in the next couple of years. When my dad retires I hope to be able to use his unit as at the moment I've got nowhere to do it

I've got the RTMG intake, you need to relocate the battery slightly so it fits. I used a Dremel to open out the stock vent on the inside of the grill and used an exhaust hanger to hold the carbon part into it. For the money and effort there are other options just as good https://www.instagram.com/p/ChiO9AWrkF4/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= https://www.instagram.com/p/CQdmaPCHb04/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y=

Easiest way is the turbo location, EA111 has the turbo at the front of the engine bay and the EA211 has the turbo at the back of the engine bay

Little update with my build, I folded and ordered an rtmg turbo and carbon intake. I fitted the turbo last week and tomorrow I'm taking a trip back to my tuner to get a cuatom map for it. Was at 183bhp and 296Nm on the 1.4 turbo. Not really expecting a massive leap, my 1.4 turbo was 2nd hand and I was getting a bit nervous about it not blowing up (know of 2 doing so fairly recently) but it was running really nice. I have absolute faith that Leon at Road Rage Performance will work wonders with the new hardware. It will be ready by the end of the day tomorrow but for logistical reasons I'll pick it up Wednesday. In other news, I completed the 288mm to 312mm front disc upgrade. I used nearly new discs and pads from a member of another group that had upgraded to a BBK on his mk1 Octavia VRS, carriers from a mk1 1.8 TT off eBay and some Hel braided lines. It feels OEM but with massive stopping power when you press on. Plus they fill the wheels better, just need to paint them now.- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
Maybe go on a forum for that engine then rather than expect people with a total different car to know about yours. Contacting Darkside Developments might be an idea too- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
1) I don't know if your engine and turbo are the same as ours. 2) if it is, you can run the same turbo swap. My original turbo was 04E145721L and I'm now running 04E145721F. 3) I installed my turbo last summer and at that time had an intake kit and stock exhaust. I had it mapped and the "before" run (no tuning) gave a nice power and torque curve, you'll find it posted quite a few pages back. When I remapped it I had issues at higher revs which turned out to be caused by my stock exhaust/cat being too restrictive. 4) despite driving nicely and having a bit more power I can't say how good long term running and bigger turbo would be for your cars health. There's a possibility it could run too lean and cause issues. 5) my car runs nice with good power now but I've spent a lot on supporting mods. If you're not going to do that then you're probably best of getting just a remap with intake and cat-back, should see a safe 145bhp ish- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
Yep, reading the units off the wrong side- Fitting Octavia mk3 rs parts to Fabia mk3
Steering wheels will fit, some airbags are the same. I've got a mk3 Octavia VRS wheel with DSG paddles on my Fabia- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
Think it's due to it being DSG, it doesn't run down the same after the run. I don't have a suitable private runway for a top speed run lol.- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
Stock is quoted as 175Nm at 1400rpm. I'm willing to live with that slight deficit 🤣🤣- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
Latest dyno print from Road Rage Performance after my visit today. Since moving premises and changing his dyno he's found his old setup overread torque so my old peak torque of 336Nm was inaccurate. Since then I've added a DIY cold air feed, MST turbo inlet and the big change was the 2.5inch turbo-back exhaust with sports cat. I'm now seeing peak bhp of 183bhp @ 6170rpm and 296Nm @ 2820- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
I'm running 1.5 bar, your exhaust will be fine, RTMG are based in Greece- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
Just dug out my last dyno print, I have DSG too. Using the 1.4 turbo and mst intake gave 154whp and a calculated 177bhp at the crank. Got a run booked on the 11th as since then I've got the smooth turbo inlet from mst and the full turbo-back exhaust 2.5 inch with sports cat. Just doing a run out of curiosity more than anything else.- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
So that's what, 194 bhp at the crank? What's the rest of your setup? Considering the RTMG turbo in the future. Also what was the solution with the actuator?- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
Anyone heard anything about the turbo from a 1.5tsi fitting on to the 1.2 tsi engine? Dude was messaging me on Insta this morning said he had the turbo from 155hp 2019 Leon FR. He hasn't gotten back to me on a few questions but I thought it had a different actuator. Also been speaking to another JBS hybrid owner that got over 200bhp on his Yeti with intake and exhaust mods. My dyno run is booked for 11th- Mk3 Fabia Monte Carlo 1.2tsi DSG
I originally bought this Fabia as a cheap commuter car. I was only really unhappy with how high it looked. Since then I've changed/upgraded most aspects. I've started an Instagram page to chart my progress too @TurboFabNJ I'm no photographer though! I'm currently running an MST intake and turbo muffler delete, larger turbo from Audi 1.4tsi wrapped in a Funk Motorsport blanket, RTMG BOV, APR coilpacks and custom 2.5 inch turbo-back exhaust with sports cat. BC Racing coilovers, Whiteline rear ARB, BAF K brace, OZ Racing Ultraleggera which Michelin PS4s, vibratechnics engine/gearbox mounts. Custom remap and DSG tune. Inside I have a Mk3 Octavia VRS wheel with paddles and Leyo Motorsport paddle extensions, I also have a Leyo Motorsport shifter with custom topper. Sat in my garage waiting for me to fit are 312mm front brakes, braided brake lines, polybushes, RTMG Oil Catch Can. Also working on a custom front grill.- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
Should be fine as long as it's warm. Got a dyno run booked at the end of the month, will post the results- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
It was expensive, 1200 + vat but I'm so happy with it- Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
Just collected my car from Fast Road Conversions in Ashford. They made and fitted a 2.5 inch turbo-back system with sports cat. I'd done the turbo swap to the larger 1.4 turbo and had it mapped to 177Bhp and 336Nm. Leon at Road Rage Performance that did the map told me the stock cat was holding it back at higher revs. The dyno graph showed this with peak power coming early and then dropping off. On the road it was pretty savage but drove nicely. They only issue was boost fluctuations from just under 4k rpm under full throttle and boost. The fluctuation was boost dropping and then building back up. My new exhaust seems to have fixed this issue entirely, I'm very happy with it.- [HOW TO] Remove Front Bumper and headlights Skoda Fabia MK3 2018 model 1.0 TSI 95 BHP
I want to swap out the upper grill on a pre-facelift but want an idea about how to do it before I embark on taking it apart- [HOW TO] Remove Front Bumper and headlights Skoda Fabia MK3 2018 model 1.0 TSI 95 BHP
Do you know if you have to remove the front bumper to get the grill out? - Turbo Swap Choices for EA211 1.2 TSI
