  1. Yeah I don't know how it's with cable looms etc? But otherwise these things are used in many cars and is easily found. PLA 2.0 module - 4H0 919 475 E Rear ABS speed sensors - WHT 003 857 A & WHT 003 856 A PLA button switch - 5LD 927 123 Side sensors (4PCS) - 1T0 919 297 A
  2. Hello! Have been trying to find out what parts I need to source to be able to retrofit PLA to our 1.4 TSI DSG. I have been in contact with 3 local authorized Škoda dealers and none of them can find the parts in their systems. I have been in contact with Škoda Sweden and they have referred me to Škoda ErWin which says they can't really help me. Has anyone here attempted to retrofit it? If so what parts do I need to source? Or does someone maybe have some input on how I can obtain the information that I need to proceed? Best regards, Sneznymuz
  3. Hi there! This weekend I started to try and fit an original towbar to our Yeti which I thought was prepared for the task. However when I eventually got to the point of mounting the 13-pin connector and the control unit I found out that the car was missing the preparation cable. Now I'm standing for the task of acquiring the cable and then install it. Where did you source your cable from or was it part of the kit you got? Do you or someone else know the name of the cable (original part #). Having hard time finding the parts name. have only found one online retailer of it but they don't have the actual original part name for it on their site.
  4. Bumping this thread, I'm still looking at options at at least opening the tailgate remotely. Anyone?
  5. Maybe this one would be interesting for you? Link - Blocket Yeti 1.8 TSI - 2015 WHITE
  6. When I look at their website it looks like there is no dedicated kit for the Skoda Yeti? Also this is just opening the boot, not closing it
  7. I'm definitely interested in this or have you found some other solution to this?
  8. For me it seems to have been temporary. Don't know if I imagine but sometimes it seems like the screen is a bit slow (might be the cold)
  9. So this was a continuous issue after the first incident with it? Or did it happen now and then? Because I haven't been able to reproduce this issue since the weekend.
  10. So this weekend we went for a day trip with our Yeti and used the Navigation. All of a sudden mid trip, the display got stuck in a cycle where the screen started zooming in and out and the display became nonresponsive. So the navigation became useless. Have anyone else experienced this? At the moment I didn't know how to deal with other then to restart the car. Now after have read thru the manual, I found that you can restart the unit by pushing the power-button for longer than 10 seconds. (Good to know if it happens again). After restarting the car the system seems to work like normal again. Don't know if this was some temporary bug or if there is some actual issue with the unit. Have read some other threads where people have exchanged the display, updated the firmware etc. All of these options has to be done at a service station as I understand as firmwares are not available for consumers or is there anyone that knows where a normal user can get a hold of the latest firmware and how to upgrade it?
  11. Been driving for 2 weeks or so now after cleaning the connectors and stalks and it seems to work fine have done a few run +400km without any issues.
  12. Stockholm is not the actual location... And when the car is running it's usually for a minimum of 1hr at the time with a few expectations when going to the local stores. Former owner didn't live in central parts either so the car haven't been overly exposed to short runs only. The battery has been checked few weeks ago and it's the original, maintenance charged from time to time and most recently just few weeks ago. I find it unlikely that the battery is the issue here. If so we would probably see other electrical issues too which we haven't. I have cleaned the stalks connectors and we will see how this affects things as more people had reported similar issues on other Skoda models.
