  1. Personally i dont think it will look nice. The wheels are too skinny at 7.5". Personally i would look for a set of audi wheels at 8-8.5" wide. The back of a superb is fairly wide and 225s on a 7.5" rim looks slim anyway. Just my opinion of course. I see what you mean by using spacers but i don't think you will like the end result anyway
  2. Anyone???? There must be a way to either activate or disconnect motors to make it full hatch boot at all times?
  3. Yes it would help sorry. 2012 mk2
  4. Is there anyway to always have full hatch mode as opposwd to boot lid mode. I was thinking off disconnecting motors once set to hatch mode, or is there another way
  5. Hi For a 2012 superb whats the best version of vcds and cable.
  6. Ok so managed to pull loom out and found 1 broken wire. As ssoon i connected that heard a motor do something. Tidied up all the other wires and went to test now my boot open buttons are not working and i only have single saloon mode on boot not hatch
  7. Hi all Bought a new superb 2012 yesterday. Owner did say boot was intermittent and had repaired wiring previously. Got it all open today have noticed motor to pull boot in is not working. Wiring has been repaired and i cant see anything wrong with it. Its a saloon version, is there anyway to test the motor wiring. Its a 5pin plug. I had a look at a few good youtube videos but mine with a slam still closes and i get indicators flash when locking and no sign on dash to say its open. So from what i can see i just need to rule out wiring to motor. So does anyone know what i should be getting at a multimeter if im probing the wires at the motor. Thanks
