white dust from vents
Can you get a chemical analysis of the particles, might narrow down the search. Any chance someone has been pranking you (or did so in the past and you are still suffering)?

help with wiring DSP
Thanks for that, have never used the Audison or Hertz stuff, last car was 10 years with Focal fronts with JL Audio sub and amp. Am going mad with my set-up, so will be separate DSP, with 3 ways up front and sub in back, used do competition grade installs for myself, so need the controlled power. Maybe when the world returns to normal we can compare set-ups at a club meet someday

Decisions, decisions....and so it starts
Update, Stage 1 - Engine and DSG done a while ago, loving it, might not even go to Stage 2 since it a full daily driver LED reverse, rear indicator, puddle and rear hatch lights all fitted Suspension - Koni Special Actives sitting in front, hopefully fitted next week Stereo - The more I listen to the Canton system, the more I dislike it... so going mad with a full HD Audison/Hertz system in a couple of months After that work it might just be that, then live with and continue to enjoy the car. Only other thing really on the wish list would be an electric rear hatch, can it be retrofitted???

help with wiring DSP
Ah, I used love doing this kind of stuff. But laziness and a bad back have put paid to doing the work myself. So, going to book in soon for a full Audison/Hertz system in the Superb. makemywish, how did you get on? What speakers did you go for?

Logged boost pressure via ODB Eleven, is this overboosting?
Week 1 with Revo Stage one.... Very happy. Have to say the 2.6bar scared and confused me, until I checked and and noticed the whole stupid thing of including the 1bar of atmospheric was included... Seat of pants test is much improved in the mid range. On private, wet road.... hit 0-100km in 6.0 and 400m (1/4 mile) of 13.7. Be interested to see what it's like on a nice dry track.

Abnormal rear tyre wear at 1st Service on 6K mileage
My first thought would be tyre pressure. Possibly driving style

Decisions, decisions....and so it starts
Have ran Bilstein for the last 10 years in the Subaru, including a rebuild a few years ago. Fairly stiff ride, am looking for somewhere between the Superb's ride and the Subaru's, bit of research is pointing towards to the Koni's. Suppose it's a case of getting them fitted and seeing what it drives like for my wants

Decisions, decisions....and so it starts
And so it starts... 1st off, have had the car for a little while now, am loving it, fast, spacious, comfy. But this is likely going to be a longtermer, last 2 fast estates were 8 years, then 10 years of ownership. So the Superb needs to become what I want In no huge rush and in no particular order, this is what I want to do: Stereo - has the Canton, but just doesn't do it for me (I used build competition systems) Thinking of just doing the front end and decent sub (trip to Audio Advice in Portadown needed for a chat, I know Phil for far too many years) Suspension - Car doesn't have DCC, work commute is a lot of back roads, I like the handling and the ride height But a little bit too wallowie for my liking, and thinking just dampers, but am no expert, again would need to be reputable and a quality system (Bilstien, but what ones?) Power - Do like the output, especially how the DSG delivers it, but why stay stock... when so easily tuned. Has to be reputable, so thinking Revo, might go straight for the Performance Pack; https://www.onlyrevo.com/product-details/performance-pack/mqb-20tsi-is38-performance-pack&engineid=244 Trip to Daltons in Portlaoise planned, have heard nothing but good things about them Then a few little jobs, will check out upgrading some interior lights, did the whole last car and really worked, reverse light upgrade bulb, should really get a decent dashcam. The car still needs to be my daily driver, stealthy and not showy, might even debadge the rear, especially the 4x4 badge. I don't do shouty (yes, the last car was a WR Blue Subaru with gold wheels, but they were quickly powder coated grey, grey rear lights) but want the go and subtle improvements. Thought? Ideas? Recommendations? Am based in Southern Ireland, but will travel (when we can) to get work done

Sweet, definitely need some alone time with the car and figure out all this motor can do. My last newest car was an 2004, so loads of modern stuff for me to learn...

Glasses holder instead of drivers top handle
Armrest glovebox??? When I first read that thought you meant the door pocket, I haven't found everything about the car yet. But if it suits, then hell yeah

Glasses holder instead of drivers top handle
Sweet!!! Have only just picked up the same: And said exactly the same to the missus, the Subaru had the glasses holder in the roof and was perfect.... Going to add on of these to the list

So far so happy Things of note after 2 days ownership: Loving the DSG - the kickdown, the proper manual control, especially with the paddles Power feels a chunk more than the very similarly powered Legacy, though will still be going Revo Stage 1 Was never one for cruise control, but again liked it, though the adaptive part is a bit severe, would prefer it to hit gentler The lane departure system might need to be turned off, but will give it some time So surprised my very old iPod Classic connected straight away, have to remove ashtray to hide it, would prefer neater solution, but works for me Android car worked well, but only either iPod or phone connected through usb, would prefer both Bluetooth works good, sound quality on a call is excellent Will need more bass!!! No doubt, sub set to 9, still no where near what I would want Suspension is definitely softer than the Bilstein's on the Subaru, but with chronic bad back, that might be a good thing Sitting on nearly new Michelin Pilot Sport 4s, first time with these on a car, so far so good Seems to have been spec'd oddly... some high end bits, some obvious options missing, biggest is the tail gate is not electrical Skoda Connect was a bit of a pain, but sorted Missing an umbrella and first aid kit, might look to get replacements

Phone compartment
Same issue here but want it for an old iPod Classic that I have, that I was more than pleasantly surprised that it worked straight away For now, have removed the ashtray part and have the cover closed off.
