I installed after market camera did the blue interface hack all power correct all signal correct. If I connect it to a simple monitor everything is ok. When I connected to the car I get black screen. I can do adjustments for color brighteness etc. But no image. When I put reverse it goes black. I did the vcds programming . Any ideas??? Please help it's driving me insane.

Do it yourself. It's dead easy. It's just a couple of screws . Don't worry you LL do just fine. When you take it out you will understand what to do. It's a case of filling the blanks. It's really very easy. NIKE JUST DO IT !!!

As I understood it really doesn't matter as long as it is a known brand. All they change is the shell and the fan in it. The electrical component they take out from the old and put it onto the new one.

Are you sure this is all I have to do? Iheard that some people cut somewhere along the seals as well. Also can you please send me a foto of your bottom seal fitment so to check if anything went undone?? Thank you

After 7 and a half years it happened to me as well. The back right door of my Octavia mk3 5e filled with almost 500 MLS of water. It's a faulty door seal design but I would like from you guys to help me if you can by telling me what can I do to fix it on my own . It is very surprising that it would that after 7 years. Very odd. Does anybody have any Fotos of the remide?? Please help!!!

I've downloaded icons front the net on flash drive and I put it in the USB slot in front of gear lever . It read it and I assigned the logos to the stations . Everything is ok

I really would like you to send me some info as to how to do the wiring. I bought a cheap AliExpress camera and I don't seem to be able to get image on my amudsen. It is driving me CRAZY.

Its driving me crazy. I bought and installed a rear view camera from AliExpress. I run the wire to the front and I connect the RCA to an old style 12 volt tv and everything is ok. But when I tried to connect it to the multimedia ,you know the little blue interface and long coding etc. I don't see anything on the multimedia screen. The screen is the amudsen and the make year is 2013. Octavia mk3 5e hatchback 1.6 dsg diesel. Is there any tricks or tips ?? Can anyone send me a guideline as to how to connect the wires? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everybody.! I desperately need your help and advice. I own an Octavia 1.6 diesel mk35e dsg 2013 model. Today for the first time and after 260000 KMS I heard a noise and felt a slight vibration and as a result my ac gave 20% of the cool air . I turned it off and after a minute I turned it back onn but the same results. I turned it off and left it for 15 minutes and when I turned it on nothing. I did the same again and nothing. After a minute it started sending cool air strong as before but then the noise and vibration started again. After 2 more tries now it's working perfect . No noise no vibrations. Does anyone have any ideas ?? Has anyone had this problem??? Please help !!!

I gree with you but it makes me wonder why some stations have their logo automatically displayed and some not. Right now I got only one displaying logo and the others nothing.

I got this car December 2013. It has 264000 km . First hand. From the consumption display I see 8.5 /100 and I was used into seeing 5.5 6.2 . Its a dry clutch. I didn't change the oil of the mechatronics. I just change the 1.7 or 1.9 oil for the gearbox. Underneath the battery. Since the battery was out for an hour or more i am thinking maybe it lost the memory? 4 years ago I had a software update that Skoda gave for my car. Is it possible to lose the update?

I filled it up and now I am looking how many km it will do. Normally it does 550 to 600 before it goes to red. This time I am worried it will do 400 450 the mechanic said he did a reset. On the display it says that my fuel is good for 520 km distance when I filled it

Hello everyone!! I hava a Skoda Octavia mk3 5e 2013 1.6 diesel DSG and after I changed my oil and filters and transmission fluid at my mechanic the car has more fuel consumption. I mean from 5.5 l /100km it went to 8.5 l/100km. He took the battery out so he would have more space to fill from above the transmission fluid. Did that mess anything up?? There are no indicator lights going on on my dash. Any ideas? Thank you all for your time.
