I need a replacement but don't know the part number. It's got the dynamic indicators so i need to be sure on eBay etc. Any suggestions or offers accepted. How much is this new? Does it need coding in? My bad reversing🙏

They said the machine would not progress as the vacuum leak test failed. My vacuum leak test passed 0 leaks.

Update-reegassed by local independent garage using Mahle system and f gas. Passed all tests including vacuum andregassed £100 no charge if fails. I think the Škoda machine is faulty or not used properly. I have UV tracer liquid in it now.

Air con now doesn't work at all. It was set to Lo and A/C in for the return journey by the service manager who was obviously trying to get it to work.

My thoughts exactly but i added some expletives. The aircon was working yesterday and had never failed or degraded. Question is how to proceed?

Hi Just had a year 4 main dealer service and optional Aircon service and MOT prep as part of the service plan and in advance of the MOT in NI so at a government test station Monday week. #Known faults intermittent mirror control NFF still faulty on return but not covered by plan #Front shock found leaking under plan ok to be replaced #Headlight alignment needs doing #Wipers smearing - will go to halfrawds #####Aircon service could not be completed as couldn't re-gas must have a leak he says - probably hear exchanger has a stone chip - was working yesterday and had never failed worked really well. Not covered by plan. Was set to Lo on return of car so he was obviously trying it. #Parking sensor beeping constantly- needs further investigation Going back in Friday to get shock done before MOT I agreed to reschedule MOT from November (there's a huge waiting list in NI and i got a lucky cancellation). They collect the car from home 16 miles away for service. I'm happy to do the MOT as it's near me. Service plan warranty only covers safety items..... He says What you you knowledgeable people do about the Aircon in particular? It broke under their care to my mind. I thought buying a boring car from a main dealer with a Skoda service plan warranty would give me hassle free motoring. Funny thing was a young lad picked it up and the service manager returned it. Was this due to the bad news? Any help gratefully accepted on this one. What is best course of action .....

Hi I have a year 4&5 service plan and extended warranty. This Skoda service schedule someone on here have me attached says oil maintenance of DSG at year 4 / 40000 miles (chargeable) £215. I've done 33000. I phoned main dealer who say that it's now 80000 miles no year requirement. Is this right? I've asked them to check with workshop. Is this really a change or a mistake? This would be an expensive failure so i could do it after the warranty has expired i guess. Hi folks, My 2020 superb sportline 190 wheels are deteriorating. I park by the sea frequently and there are some small dings where the kerb has been hit despite trying hard not to. The worrying thing is the rapid growth of corrosion under the laquer and the laquer flaking off. I use an automatic car wash with wheel scrubbers regularly. Is this normal wear and year to be expected? Should i refurb ASAP, wait until selling or even consider changing the wheels and tyres for higher profile ones? Should i stop using the car wash? I would be interested in others experiences. Only 3 photos due to size.... TIA

Hi My bus is 3 soon. I have one year left of a 4 year plan at £22.40 pcm which i can cancel. The All in plan is £35 pcm for two years. 2020 Sportline 190 2.0TSI About 50% of the time i can't control my door mirrors from the door control. This includes personalised Kessy settings and reversing left mirror dip. A big slam of the door rescues the situation. Interesting that the mirrors always retract and expand on locking - unlocking. Car is out of warranty in June. Is this a known fault? Not sure wether to take it in early or wait until the final service in warranty period. I can foresee Škoda service just slamming the door and saying no fault found.... Any help gratefully received

GPS has a time signal built in. That combined with the maps and known location should change the time like it does on your smart phone. I had to change my satnav to CET and all was good.

No GPS is a time reference. As your location is known (via GPS) then your local equipment should update to reflect the current time zone. Mine does not hence the post.

Im in France and i can't get my clock to change to French time. It's set to GPS. Could any of you experts help me out please it's so confusing....

I think I'll disable the parking sensors....
