It's been serviced before it was a demonstrator. Year 2 tomorrow. It's on fixed servicing. The plan i bought says what it covers but i have seen in the past a Škoda document listing additional chargeable work.

Hi Does anyone have the Skoda service schedule intervals and spec? Ive got a service plan but i gather there are additional chargeable jobs to be done. This would be year 2. I searched the forum and Škoda but can't find an official document. TIA

Hi what are the group's thoughts on swapping tyres to wear evenly please? The wear on the front ones is obviously a lot heavier. I don't mind shelling out for 4 tyres together later on. 18k from 2020 new. TIA

Thank you for this. Why are Skoda uk so evasive? I thought it was a simple question. Then again I've never dealt with a main s dealer before.... So you buy a service plan and oh low and behold there are loads of things needing to be done to keep your warranty that you have to pay for and also a long list of exclusions. £105 for spark plugs....

I'm being bombarded by Skoda to buy a 2 or 3 year plan currently at 20% off. They seem to be be missing things like dsg oil and filter change and spark plugs are excluded. I tried asking škoda for a service schedule for fixed interval for my superb 2020 190 2.0 tsi but just got directed back to the plans. Are they all that is needed to follow manufactures schedule or to you have to buy more.....? How could i get a service schedule? TIA

Help this is always on at night. It's very dim but once you notice it out becomes annoying. I RTFM and tried all the buttons. TIA

Manual says emergency top up Petrol engines: VW 504 00, VW 508 00, ACEA C3, ACEA C5. I guess LL is long life and FS fixed service? I'm on fixed service regime.

That sounds more what I'm after and especially CC2 with 3PMSF. W here did you get the rims and tyres? £? It seems higher profile tyres are cheaper. I was quoted £220 for a 19" CC2

I'm glad to have been corrected i didn't realise it was 3PMSF which is what i want as i want to drive to the Swiss/French Alps

235/40 R19 (not sure of legal rating) Michelin cross climate £220 each - what????? Any other recommendations? A softer ride, rim protection and 3PM+S needed. It seems higher profile tyres on smaller wheels are way cheaper.

Didn't the bonnet being open stop the car locking and shutting down properly?

Booked into Skoda. They say they'll charge and test the battery and replace if necessary in half a day.... My concern is that they'll say it's ok but i know it'll be below 12 v by tomorrow and autostart will fill again. Are batteries defo covered by the warranty, I've never had one before?

Thanks for the two fixes to stop the smart alternator and stop start. I'm going škoda will give me s new Battery under warranty. I just thought that i use eco mode which freewheels all the time so the alternator is on idle. It does say 15V most of the trine as i have a usb charger with a voltmeter plugged into the fag lighter when i turn off it drops to about 12V

Yes i do but no mention of DCC in the manual or in the individual mode customisation. Do superbs ever have DCC?

mmmm I have Eco,, Normal, Sport and Individual but no DCC setting in individual afaik
