Didn’t know it was illegal, I wonder how they get away selling these kits?

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone here has ever used those DIY air con re-gas tanks and gauges that are on the market? I have recently purchased an SEL 2015, and feel that the air con could be colder ( its OK at the moment but not as cold as I think it has the potential to be). If so, any recommended kits better than others? Thanks as always 👍, Ray

Good afternoon, Firstly, thanks to some really helpful people helping me out on my first Skoda experience! Such a helpful forum, really good advice given. I purchased my car yesterday and it only has a pump and spray kit in case of puncture. I would prefer a space saver with tyre ( can be second hand - just so long as it will fit and is safe). My car has 16 inch tyres - does anyone have any great advice where a I can look for a kit? Part number or such so I can EBay it? As always, thank you in advance. Ray

Good afternoon all, Firstly, I am sorry if this topic is “worn out” but was just clutching at one last straw...... I bought a 2015 SEL Fabia and the Bolero unit has Mirrorlink, but of course my phone ( Samsung S8) doesn’t support it. I have seen a lot of threads essentially saying Mirrorlink is pretty much defunct. My question is, are there any older Android phones still capable of running Mirrorlink in 2021 ( just to use as Sat Nav). @pab567kindly looked into my unit ( pic attached) and know it isn’t capable of any more updates. So, before buying a new unit with Smartlink I was wondering if an older phone could do the trick? Thank you!
