  1. My front passenger door is deadlocked not opening at all from inside or outside which I understand door handles are connected with wire so forcing is not an solution. It is a 2016 model. Did anyone encounter in it?
  2. I observed this error several times when coolant temperature was high like 50c. Whenever coolant temperature exceeds the limits(I am not sure what limit is) then it stops working. Also I was having similar errors last year it stoped working I had to replace webasto pump then heater core.
  3. Was it making noise when you just start the car and trying to heat or cool the car. Generally for me it makes noise at the start then doesn't make it. If it is, I will give a try as well. Also what oil you use to lubricate it?
  4. Hi @SailorBob74133, Have you learn what mean the positive values? Is it good or is it bad? I also checked mine and intake 1 phase position is 1.5 degree. Also I found this on another forum. Which says few positive number mean it is all right will correct its position but if that positive number is too high(65 degree) that means chain installed incorrectly. Note: I am not sure about this info but this is what I got on internet
  5. I had a mit silikat coolant reservoir and I replace it with non mit silikat version.
  6. I didn't have any proof about it. I didn't ask service to investigate for it.
  7. Update: I have had solve this issue by replacing apple car play module in the car from service.
  8. I got this bolt from a sunroof repair shop. They were kind and gave me one bolt free of charge.
  9. Finally I solve this problem by replacing heater core and flushing/cleaning cooling system. I also replaced the coolant with G12 evo with a new expansion tank.
  10. Hi @ApertureS, How "Wireless phone charger/booster" wireless car play will work with these components? I didn't know wireless carplay exists in mib2/mib2.5.
  11. This is coming from front control arms. This thing cracks:
  12. I had to replace recirc. pump(5Q0965561E) for webasto to work. But then another issue appeared. which is passenger side ventilators are not blowing hot air anymore only cold. I ask to skoda service and they told me I have to replace heating radiator(5Q0 819 031 A) as well. But right now I don't understand why all this happened. Can it be because of silica bag?
  13. I have tried - Heater unit > Auxil. heater activation: active - calibrate air condtioning with holding a/c + front flaps button. nothing changes on the front but surprisingly rear flaps are blowing hot air 🤷‍♂️
  14. I also checked live data: - Fault that prevents starting: not active - A/C Request, auxil. heat mode: not active - Flame generation: not recognized I couldn’t find any other meaningful live data info. I belive these messagea still saying answering about “disengaged heater” basic setting.
  15. I rerun diagnostic with obd11. Heater came up with following error codes: - recirc. pump(B138215) - x2 coolant temperature excees temp.(B138E4B)
  16. There is no fault code anymore because of I remove the fault codes, while trying to unlock heater. Also other fault codes like overheat coolant errors disappeared after I run "disengaging heater" basic setting. So there is no engage heater setting or program?
  17. Hi @ApertureS, It was locked because of coolant overheat. Service thought it might be because of consistency was high and I added 2lt of distilled water to match desired level of consistency but webasto was already locked.
  18. I tried to reset climatronic but still no difference.
  19. I wanted unlock my heater(webasto) but couldn't use the setting "unlock heater" then I saw on obd11 forum "disengaging heater" also does the job. It did but half of the job. webasto runs and blows air but only cold air. Also Air condition does not blow hot air anymore. I think I miss one more step to do but I don't know what exactly. OBD11 menu: Control Units > Parking Heater(18) > Basic settings > Disengaging heater or Unlock heating device. note: Unlock heating device: didn't work and end up with error all the time so I tried "Disengaging heater". source: - https://forum.obdeleven.com/thread/10989/auxiliary-heater-locked - https://www.vwvortex.com/threads/golf-mk7-aux-heater-unlock-using-vcds.9359811/
  20. Hello everyone, I am searching for sunroof alignment screw which caused me sunroof cracking noises. It is included in a set of securing bolts 3G5 898 803 but I need only one screw. I need this one in the picture but again I don't know what is the name of this screw to search on internet to find it. Can someone help me with it?
  21. Looks great! Can yo please share under cover item product codes? I also pay attention a bit under engine cover of mine is also having one larger passive cooling hole. What is the function of center exhaust cover?
  22. I didn't make the stage 1 tune yet but what I felt It has slightly better gas throttle response.
  23. This week mine received new set of shocks, Eibach pro kit springs, racingline turbo inlet, hose and performance air filter. I can easily say there is no change on comfort at all.
  24. If it is not out of the city, I don't see sub 10lt/100km consumption numbers. I think I might have another issues but in anyway. How come stage 3 octavia with same engine can consume 6lt/100km and ours can't.
