Your car looks great, I like the wheels, I just have the standard Thermistos, couple of scuffs that were not caused by myself as we don't have curbs where I live, they bug me though. My new suspension will be soon, I am just picking the right moment to break the news....

I am considering new coils or a solution to the car wallowing a lot. I live on fast country roads with no traffic so get to have fun on corners, the standard shocks are not very good, far to soft. Do you have the latest part number for the tensioner please? My sparks were VW iridiums, 20k in and they looked spot on, they tell you a lot about your engine eh.

Evening, I just had my 50k service, car is running perfectly, sparks looked normal for their age, replaced with VW ones same as the oil filter. Perfect service history from day one. Having done the research I am going to leave my tensioner alone for now, my car is the standard 200bhp, seems the VRS has the most issues. If I get a hint of a metallic sound on start up then I will reconsider. I am pleased you will have the peace of mind with yours.

Good afternoon, I own a low mileage 2012 2.0 Tsi Elegance, it came standard with the twin exhaust system, it looks OK but needs a bit of styling. I am not into mods on cars as I like standard, but as a motorcyclist also I like a nice looking pipe. The twin tips are welded on so I cannot just bung on anything but any advice on making them look smarter and sportier would be helpful. Could I simply put on an aftermarket larger trim? Thanks

Evening, I have a CCZA 2012, anyone know if I have the latest upgraded tensioner please? The car is on 44k miles but I am debating whether to pre-empt any issues. Is there anyway of finding out? It has not been changed in the service history, the car has been impeccably serviced by the dealer since new. I am not overly worried but would rather do the upgrade as I love the car and want to keep it for its lifetime. Thank you.

Thank you for the reply. I have reset both keys, we now have separate settings on our keys, even the arrive home lights. Barely lock it but it's nice to just get in now without pushing buttons. Spent yesterday doing all the comfort settings, my doors now open with a single press of the fob!

Good afternoon and Merry Christmas. I have a small problem with my drivers seats memory. I have it set on 1, my wife's is setting 2. My issue is when I lock the car which is rarely, upon opening it always adjusted to setting 2 not mine even though I set it with my key, ignition on. Off to the mainland Tuesday so will be locking it a few times and it's tedious to keep resetting it. Any advice welcome.

Good evening. I have had my car now for 7 weeks and have a small query. The fuel flap reads 95 Ron minimum but states underneath Super Unleaded only. I have been using Super since buying it, am I correct? Or is E10 sufficient? I have a 2.0 tsi 200bhp. Thanks in advance.

Good morning, I recently purchased my Skoda superb elegance 2.0 tsi 2012. Absolutely love it, very smooth and rather quick. I was cleaning the engine bay and noticed a small amount of oil on the plastic air intake where it joins the top of the turbo. Please see diagram for location, its around number 3. It looks like it's been there a while and is on the electrical plug in below it, also, gravity only. My thoughts are just a new o ring needed inside the plastic pipe? It's at the back of the engine behind the belt cover, no oil from that. No engine issues, clear scan and no oil loss noticeable. Any advice welcome. Thanks
