Good to know. If and when my PHEV octavia arrives I will need a service center in Bristol rather than going to the dealer I am purchasing from in Oxford. So will seek reccomendations closer to that time.

I got that. My unconfirmed build date keeps changing almost weekly. it got a low as week 11 now week 16

Mines moved back another week. 38,37,35,14,13,15 now 16. Useless buggers.

Delivery date getting worse. Have received an unconfirmed code 10 build week of 38 then 37, then 14, then 13 it’s now 15. Skoda planners not top of class. i am not surprised but was getting hopeful. hope others are doing better. SEL PHEV ordered feb 22 original delivery estimate Aug 22.

I suspect the increase in stock at dealers is down to cancelled orders. Sorry to hear things are getting worse for you.

Confused. My dealer says my unconfirmed build date has moved forward by a week to week 13. Is this a case of one hand not knowing what the other hand is doing? I will still wait for the car to actually arrive at the dealers before I beleive I'm getting my car. It is however good to see a few others actually getting cars delivered again. Brian.

I got my latest update from skoda customer services UK. Advisor was very guarded and just spoke in general terms about an unconfirmed build week mid april. She was not aware my dealer had sent me a screen shot showing unconfirmed build week of 3-9th april. I dislike it when people are less than honest with me and think I'm a fool. Skoda far from clever?

In two minds about the ohme now having identified it has a sim card whose cost is only covered for 3 years. I therefore don't know this cost in the future. May be better off getting a wi fi connected box.

It would seem that the last lot of PHEV were delivered in September. We are now seeing two more delivery periods weeks in early spring and early autumn. I have updated my current delivery estimate in the tracker and I would ask others to do the same. Similarly if have received your car and not updated the tracker please do so. Better data gives us all a better facts as to what’s happening. Given octavias seem to be the poor relation in Skoda deliverables it may be time for a concerted effort to raise the issue on every media platform we can. This would require a separate topic to discuss tactics and sound bites. Thoughts.

I did not receive the promised call Thursday or Friday. As such I phoned them only for Skoda to be unable to connect me with the individual who should have called. I have sent and e-mail to the Skoda executive office outlining my disapproval and ongoing issue. I clearly stated that I expect an accurate delivery date and that this should not pose an issue 11 months after receiving my order. If I don't get a prompt response I will escalate further. Hopefully some of you have received good news this week about your orders. Regards BRS

Sadly Little good news out there for those waiting for PHEVs. Others may be having better luck. Anyone new here may not know about the delivery tracker. In response to my letter to a UK Skoda director chasing a delovery date for the SEL PHEV I ordered back in Feb. I received another call today from his outer office. They are going to call me again next week once they have spoken to the factory. Perhaps they will have a date for me? I am currently order accepted no build date suggesting my car is still months away. Hope you are doing better than I.

I ordered a SEL PHEV in Feb 22 with a delivery estimate of Aug 22. Last thing I heard from my Dealer was accepted at factory but no build date yet. The should get a build date by the end of the month, came and went. Having waited nearly I year I have chosen to write to one the Directors at Skoda UK pointing out my disgust at having been sent a power bank over the christmas period. I questioned if the was poor taste or a joke given my car has been delayed due to lack of chips and batteries. That aside, I have asked for a delivery date with a high probability of achievment and for that individual directors assurance that the date I am given is met. I think having waited almost 12 months without accurate information is extreamly understanding on my part ,but that the lack of information a disgrace. If they can't give me a date then at least tell me my number in the queue for Octavia PHEVs. Then each month tell me what my number is now. I had a conversation this morning with one of this directors outer office staff today. Outlined my views and what I wanted. I will let you know the outcome. when they get back to me in a couple of days. Regards to all those waiting for an Octavia regardless of powertrain may your order be fulfilled soon. SEL PHEV ordered feb 22. My dealer phoned today to wish me a merry Christmas and tell me my car has been accepted by the factory but no build date. No change from last update. I hope everyone else is doing better than I on the car stakes.

if you search the data base you will find your answer. as its an XL spread sheet you can order it you like. If you sort on engine type you can see when the last PHEV was delivered.

Skoda sent me a letter of apology for the delay to my car and a power bank. As if beads and trinkets make up for waiting months beyond my delivery estimate. Just serviced and MOT my old car to keep it running. Well Mr Bowden try delivering on a first come first served basis so those waiting the longest get their vehicles first.

Thanks for your kind thoughts. We play the cards we are given. There are many far worse off than I. I hope everyone waiting for their order gets it soon. I can however say with some certainty. I won’t be buying another Skoda.
