Does your a/c blow cold when the engine is cold? I have a VRS TDi with climatronic. It was very sunny on Sunday and car was roasting when I got in, but the a/c only starting blowing cold when the engine was at 70degC and properly when up to temperature (which took ages being stuck in a hot car!) and the car had to be driven to warm it up. Wondering if a regas would improve its performance or is it working how it’s meant to? Cheers!

Mine is on standard suspension and the eldest complains of being travel sick on country roads. Only had it for 1 week and complaints already 😞 Gave them the choice of the VRS or a C250 and they wanted the VRS! Would just tyres make a difference? Mine came with cheapo tyres (Barum I think) so would changing to something else help? Any UK places selling the rims you mention? Seems the Audi 17’s might be a good plan if used. Would Eibach springs be softer than the OEM items? Cheers!

Does one signal go into the door and then splits off the to mid and tweeter? In an old Clio I had they were parallel wires from the headunit but wondered if Skoda just ran one into the door and it split off at the speakers. Thanks!

Does it bend the vent fin? Having this issue in my mk2 Oct that most options are too heavy for the vent once the phone is mounted.

The screws are M5 x 20mm if anyone wanted to know Is there meant to be a bag holder on both sides as standard? Mine only had one on the left side so I fitted a second to the right and the side trim panel now fits properly.

Can this be done via Vagcom or do I need to connect it to a switched supply instead? Cheers It’s for a Mk2 FL Octavia

The drivers side rear seat bolster was looking odd so pulled it out and seems the metal fitting rod has moved. refitted it properly but now has visible gap between the door seal and bolster. looks like the metal rod has moved or some foam has come off and it’s then moved. any tips to reposition the rod or repair the bolster? cheers!

Which map did you use for stage 1? I’m considering one soon, love the torque but waiting for the higher revs first is getting annoying.

Almost 1 week into ownership and noticed that the 2 screws to hold the RHS side trim are missing. Looks like machine screws into the metal upright are needed but cannot find a matching screw on eBay. Anyone know what size is required or where to buy the correct factory screws? Cheers!
