  1. I'm having great difficulty sourcing appropriate oem red brake calipers (front and rear) for my 2014 fabia, I can't afford the downtime to remove mine and send for refurbishment. Anyone know of a supplier ?
  2. I would agree with @TheClient
  3. Possibly uses a CHF (Central hydraulic fluid) if you have a "Wet" dsg, Mine is a "Dry unit" although the videos Ive seen to replace the DSG fluid at the transmission unit not at the brake master cyl. sorry this doesn't help
  4. Coincidental post I'm getting my Fabia 17" wheels fully refurbished tomorrow at TWS (The Wheel Specialist) Durham, I have 2 previous vehicle wheels refurbished by them and very pleased each time
  5. Managed to track a pipe down, it comes complete with the rubber seal / grommet that has been damaged
  6. Jamesons @Breezy_Pete yes that's exactly it, pity it's out of stock 😕
  7. I know, I've already made a temp (permanent fix) with a section of silicon thick-walled vacuum hose that reliably clears the error But I would like the correct resolution for it
  8. @Breezy_Pete yes that's exactly it, pity it's out of stock 😕
  9. The left hand (D/S) termination of my hose is an O ring unit held in place by a torx screw not a push fit ??
  10. I believe you are correct with the part number but can't find it anywhere and it will still be no good without the correct pipe and push fitting, so Ill look for a correct pipe assembly, LLL parts list it for the beetle and golf
  11. I believe the end of the smaller pipe has had its push fit fitting damaged and is missing and it was relying on grommet 8A to maintain the seal integrity
  12. @Breezy_Pete It goes onto a rear assembly, the attachment point seems fine of it has a tube with a spherical swelling
  13. Hmm, Not much listed for the 1.4 vrs? I'm after the connecting pipe between PCV valve and rear assembly, for some reason its damaged (dealer replaced spark plugs 4 weeks ago !!! I was wondering why error 40501 was showing (Leak in Air intake system), The unseen end has damage (see second image) and is not sealing correctly
  14. @roottoot OOh you tease me, modified ??
  15. Thought I'd selected MK2 !!
  16. OOOh thanks I'll scrutinise now
  17. Anyone know of a good parts catalogue, preferably online for our Fabia MK2s ? I'm looking for PCV / intake hoses, pipes and seals but seem unable to find anything that helps
  18. Round trip 0f 440 miles returned an av. of 44 MPG (amazing coincidence), very happy with this as the driving conditions were absolutely terrible (Rain) and in total probably 1.5 hrs very slow moving traffic
  19. Glad I've got a landrover defender (until the next leak)
  20. Possibly like bmw you'll have to subscribe for these features going forward ??
  21. cheers @roottoot 85,000 miles Services and service inspection up to date yes spark plugs been done (by dealer in my ownership) this is why I want to keep an eye on the service history
  22. I just want to ensure the work is correctly recorded, all servicing up to date as far as I know ???
  23. @roottoot Thanks I'll check the spare wheel well, I believe I have a full print out from the dealers but I still want to see it / keep updated, I'm looking for a Skoda indi in my area (co Durham)
  24. It's the dealership info I'd like to access, I currently have a print out but would like to keep an eye on it
