  2. Cheers. Yeah, the site could be better and that's on of the things i need to work on. Lot of potential and challenges. Thats what i like. I have grown the exhaust side of the company here and am now looking to do the same at MSW Cheers Sarah. We shall still stay in touch Garry
  3. Just thought i would share the news of my job change as im rather excited After working at Piper RS Ltd for nearly 10 years (and im only 27) and working my way up the ranks i decided it was time for a change. I had been in talks with one of our customers MotorSportWorld a while back about opening up an office in the South East (they are in Scotland). So after a few more calls and meetings i am now the new Sales Manager for MotorSportWorld. :D My first job is to get an office sorted and running then set about putting our collective plans into action to grow the company ******************************************* Thanks for listening. Garry

  5. Morning. Sorry for the delayed reply i dont check the site over the weekend Where were you thinking of mounting the Gauge? Sadly i cant offer to make any more mounts. I am about to leave my current job at Piper Cams and Exhaust so wont have access to the machine shop like i did before. Many Regrets Garry

  8. Ross If i can help with any 3" pipe work let me know. Excuse the pun but i have a bender behind me Garry
  9. Will I can tell you that has either a K03 or K03s turbo, not the K04 as fitted to the Golf at the top of the page. Hope that Helps. Garry
  10. At least you have an estate to sleep in, lol Not quite the legroom in the hatch, ha ha. Garry
  11. Im my job i have learnt one thing for sure. Nothing is enough, lol. You get a maxed out K03s and think, wow, thats great. 2 month later you want more, and fit a K04 and max that out, Then you want more, save up lots, fit an IHI or GT. Then you want more, save up much more and fit a huge turbo... Then your wife divorces you, takes the kids and house :( But feck it, you have a massively quick car you can sleep in Garry
  12. As already said, thats a boost pipe from the K04 turbo (TT225, S3, LCR etc...). The K04 Turbo will not fit the K03s manifold. Whether the K03s or K04 is better depends on what your starting with and how far you want to go. The K03s seems to max out at 240-250, while the K04 seems to max out at 280-290. But the most important question is? Can i buy that MK1 :D:D:D Garry
  13. Tick Tock, Tick Tock. 9 minutes. This GTR is quick, but not that quick :( Looks like im gonna have to wait for the TDs i think. Garry
  14. Sounds good mate. Im just seeing ABP Motorsport at the moment in Cheshire so could i have your postcode and i will nip across and collect them before you nip out at 11am. Garry
  15. I will take your spiders Need some track wheels, dont wanna scuff my BBS's with the gravel trap, lol. Wanna paint them white and wrap them in R888 tyres. Someone on here has white spiders on a black car and it looks amazing Garry
  16. Just had a thought, maybe i could mount the LG under the stereo, i could make a plate for it like i did the Ashtray mount. That might work. Garry

  18. I will be honest and say im torn. It has some really good features and is a cool gadget. But after having it in my Ashtray the past few weeks (although having done very little mileage) i don't use it very much as a gauge. I think i would prefer to fit a couple of gauges under the stereo which are on all the time, and buy a copy of VAG-COM for the diag stuff. Granted it would work out a lot more expensive which is where i can see the massive benefit of the LG. I cleaned my throttle body last night and used the LG to reset its position. I was suprised to see how much of a difference it made to the low RPM running. Has made it alot smoother. I thought i had a split hose somewhere but this seems to have cured it. I could not find a split hose so think this may have been the issue. Kind Regards Garry
  19. lol, good point. My girlfriend is an architectural (sp) model maker, so has her own spray booth and equipment. Its not very big but it fitted her Mini in for spraying Will powder coat the next one tho. Garry
  20. Sadly it has to stay silver. She tried to spray it and used all sorts of primers but the paint just kept flaking off. If i make any more i can always get them power coated, that would give a nice finish. Im not going to do it on this one as i have to give the gauge back to Mr Chicken on friday :( Kind Regards Garry
  21. Quite a bit cheaper than the Powerflex versions then. Do Superflex offer the same range? Garry
