  1. Can unlock it via OBD 11 or VCDS and probably other scanners too. I've unlocked it then wound the calipers back, changed the pads and discs and wound the calipers back in on my wife's car in the driveway with an OBD 11.
  2. I put a Whiteline one on my wife's vRS a while ago, put it on the 'soft' setting, it still understeers when pushed hard-ish. It does feel better driving at normal speeds, but I wouldn't say it was a night and day difference. I'll change it to the 'hard' setting next time I climb under it.
  3. I did the dogbone mount on my wife's car, Powerflex PFF85-833. Failry easy to do, but had to cut out the original bush - has a plastic sleeve so is pretty easy. Then used the car jack to press in the new one. A bit more NVH on start-up and thats about it, no more massive thunk when the front wheels spin.
  4. Wife's 2021 model had the same issue, it got replaced under warranty when it went in for the heat mat/shield recall.
  5. It's fairly easy, 4 x T25 screws (or T30, it was a while ago) holding each side in. I ended up taking out all that size screw holding the lower section of the rear bumper out - just to make more room to wiggle the tips out. Reason for taking them out was to get them powder coated black.
