my download via ota from software 1803 to 1985 of 5400 Mb stopped at 4800 Mb and would not start anymore, I cancelled but it never arrived. Has this happened to anyone?

good morning last night I received the software update via ota, they changed my control unit 2 weeks ago, I had the 1803 and I received the 1985 directly, 5480Mb. After 45 minutes after downloading 4576 Mb the download stopped, has this happened to anyone? I hope they will offer me the download again in the next few days

I have the sw 1941 (g-tec 2021) and it keeps turning off and on again, when I turn it on it always asks me to choose the main user/profile. I have an appointment at the garage on December 16th to see what can be done

CIAO Ieri ho chiamato il numero verde di Skoda, mi hanno dato il numero di telefono del centro di Care connect in repubblica Ceca, la ragazza che mi ha risposto si è collegata al mio profilo e magicamente si è sbloccato tutto. mi ha fatto fare un hard reset, poi mi sono loggato di nuovo, al riavvio sembra sia andato tutto a posto, per ora non succede nemmeno più il riavvio dell'infotaiment che prima era molto frequente!! vedremo al primo viaggio un po lungo se sarà tutto a posto La ragazza del care connect mi ha detto che comunque vedeva delle anomalie e di portarla in un centro skoda per controllo e l'aggiornamento del software 👐

Anch'io avevo il problema dei continui riavvii dell'infotaiment, poi da ieri pomeriggio mi si è accesa la spia dell'anomalia alla chiamata sos e l'infotaiment non funziona più, è in continuo "caricamento impostazioni"
