  1. Whereabouts did you get that from?
  2. Hi all, Can't seem to find what sun visor clip I need. In typical VAG style there's about a million different ones. Can somebody help me out please.
  3. Thanks Softscoop, I haven't heard od them before but worth a message. Thanks for the steer.
  4. It's a normal sunroof. As in one piece of glass tilt and slide. Although mine hasn't tilted or slid for some time. The trouble is you have to be very careful because there are so many with really small mounting differences if you get one from abroad and it's wrong, unless you can sell for the same money you are wasting cash. Appreciate the links though I will take a look.
  5. Hi mate, yeah quite a few. Why is there such a lack of them? I am baffled!!
  6. Hi everyone, I need some help here because I really am at a low point with my ownership at the moment with all the things that I have had to have done and the money spent this year. I have to get the sunroof sorted and need a donor cassette (my rails etc broken) and there are just so many different variations of the sunroofs and a distinct lack of spare parts (even from abroad). I am at my wits end so I am calling on everyone to try and help source a donor cassette please. It's a L&K mk2 saloon
  7. Glad ypu got it sorted mate.
  8. I think it should but be careful. The other side was fine, very fiddly but got there in the end. If in doubt drop the headliner to make sure it hasn't detached anywhere.
  9. Relatively easy mate. Probably worth buying some Sunroof Drain Cleaning Tool https://www.amazon.co.uk/Sunroof-Cleaning-Flexible-Cleaner-Dredging/dp/B0D386J5V7/ref=asc_df_B0D386J5V7?mcid=4ed78293fc46368c8a7952353cfc4213&tag=googshopuk-21&linkCode=df0&hvadid=730369837808&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=16093744783223272607&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=c&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=9045093&hvtargid=pla-2398180781187&hvocijid=16093744783223272607-B0D386J5V7-&hvexpln=0&gad_source=1&th=1 If that doesn't work try pulling the headlining away around the sunroof and looking to make sure the rubber grommets/connectors are actually connected. I cleaned my drain lines from the sunroof (as you don't need to remove the headliner for that) only to realise that I had knocked the grommet away from the drain hole from the sunroof which then led to water running down into the footwell (because there is a drain hole near front of the drivers door)
  10. Thanks matey, Ended up buying one slightly higher price in the end and anyway and it's now safely on the car. Appreciate the link though 👍
  11. It's for a Skoda Superb 3T
  12. Hi, I am after a replacement for a dipstick tube for my CFFB Skoda Superb 2.0tdi. Why is it that I seem to see a lot of these horrible yellow replacement tubes etc (no thanks) and the only like for like tubes seem to be quite dear? I'm at a loss as to why! Anyone point me in the right direction please. Happy for a used one. My VIN is: TMBBE93T********* Your model year, car and engine type are enough info for what you require. Please use the Briskoda messaging service for the echange of VIN codes. This is to help prevent plate cloning. Thanks, Briskoda admin.
  13. Very interested in seeing how this goes. Good luck mate.
  14. Okay I have bought the OBDeleven 2 pro so I should be able to do adaptations now. Is there a guide anywhere?
  15. Just an update here but I have been noticing for a little while that I get a slight shudder when pulling away (more obvious when cold - and its not the clutch as was inspected recently) also the old hesitation then bang you're off. This happened last time before I cleaned the Throttle Body (when I had the P0121 code pop up on my Veapeek) But..... I have been researching a little more and this could all be signs of the TPS. I can get another for not too much cash but wondering if there is anyone near me (Norwich) that can do the Adaptation needed after I fit the new one myself?? Any help would be brill
  16. No issues here either but I dont believe the DRL's give off an error message but the fogs do if I remember correctly.
  17. Who are yoi asking? I had mine done about 2k miles ago by Skoda Specialist
  18. Mine is also a little clunky (also recently serviced) at lower speeds. My old 2019 SEL used to be the same and that was brand new!!! I think unless you have a sportier model (better tuned DSG) or have the TCU remapped yourself I have always thought of them as quite lazy around town. Carriageway or motorway whilst you have your foot more firmly down is buttery smooth however.
  19. I used these and they work really well OSRAM LEDriving SL, ≜ P21W, White... https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0D8JNW6Q4?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
  20. Hi mate, thanks for the reply. Not solar. It's this one if that helps.
  21. I didn't think it would be a straight forward job judging on the lack of info coming back on this topic. I do remember on an old MG ZS 180 I had I got hold of some decal stickers that just stuck straight over the top. Worked a treat and looked good. Maybe someone, somewhere might have made these? Or I might see if I can get some done.
  22. Did you find out if these were the ones?
